Hyper-V

  • Supporting and troubleshooting several Hyper-V Environments, with OSS, Hyper-V with using VMM, Cluster and Hyper-V features.
  • Designed, implemented, and managed Hyper-V environments
  • Developed and maintained virtual machine templates to streamline
  • Deployment processes and ensure consistency across environments
  • Conducted performance tuning and optimization of Hyper-V hosts and virtual machines
  • Implemented and managed Hyper-V Replica for disaster recovery and business continuity
  • Provided technical support and troubleshooting for Hyper-V infrastructure
  • Conducted training sessions and provided mentorship to junior staff on Hyper-V best practices and advanced features
  • Worked with SCOM monitoring system on Hyper-V Environment
  • Creation of Basic Scripts, (random generation of names for Hyper-V machines, Check is Active Directory Tiered accounts does not have the same password, etc.)
  • Developed and maintained technical documentation, including system architecture, configuration, and operational procedures
  • Work with Vendor on Hardware Cases (Dell, HPE, Cisco)
  • Implementation of Hyper-V hosts using Shared SAN disks and S2D (Storage Space Direct) Technology

Požadujeme:

We are not looking for someone who will have 100 years of experience, but you should be able to work with the technologies we mention below.

  • The basis is experience with a Hyper-V hypervisor and Failover Clustering
  • The Infrastructure includes the System Center components Virtual Machine Manager, Operation Manager, Configuration Manager, Endpoint Protection.
  • Experience with PowerShell for automation, scripting, reporting.
  • Experience with Hyperconverged Infrastructure (HCI).
  • Knowledge of Storage Spaces Direct (S2D).
  • Active English knowledge
